HOLOFIT is a VR Fitness app that you install on your VR headset. 

It connects to the fitness machine over Bluetooth which sends your workout data to HOLOFIT. That is how your movements are tracked in virtual reality, perfectly synchronized with what you’re doing on your fitness machine. HOLOFIT works on most VR headsets. 

HOLOFIT membership gives you access to all current and future content and features, and the companion app that tracks and saves your workouts and progress is available for all members. 

As far as fitness machines go, HOLOFIT is compatible with selected rowing machines that support the FTMS Bluetooth protocol, and any bicycle or elliptical with an additional cadence sensor. Check if your fitness machine is compatible with HOLOFIT.

Plug & play, HOLOFIT Go is simple. It consists of the following:

1) VR headset

2) HOLOFIT Membership

3) Compatible rowing machine or 

any Bike/Elliptical with Cadence Sensor attached

Compatible rowing machines include the Concept 2 PM5, WaterRower with SmartRow or ComModule add-on, TechnoGym SkilRow, Stairmaster HIIT rower, and the Domyos 500 rowing machine. 

WaterRower Note: WaterRower has no connectivity feature on its own. In case you have one, you’d have to get the SmartRow or ComModule add-on to be able to enable Bluetooth connection and connect HOLOFIT Go to the machine.

Cadence sensors only work with bicycles and elliptical machines, attached to either the pedal crank or the spinning wheel on the elliptical. For HOLOFIT, we recommend the IGPSport C61 cadence sensor. Check the list of all compatible cadence sensors

Yes, we use washable VR covers on all headsets that should be wiped after each use. Using regular wipes is enough.
We also provide extra VR covers, for replacement when needed.

You can find the cover that suits your headset here https://vrcover.com/, we always recommend using one of the foam VR covers for fitness. You can also find a large selection of replaceable VR covers on Amazon.

If your headset gets wet, just dry it off with a soft cloth. Do not touch the lenses unless dirty, and only with a clean and dry cloth. Alternatively, wearing a thin headband under the headset helps absorb the sweat.

No Our members regularly use HOLOFIT for even half-marathons!

We use washable VR covers on all headsets which you can just wipe after each use. Using regular wipes is enough. You can find the cover for your headset on https://vrcover.com. For fitness, we always recommend using one of the foam VR covers.

This would help solve the problem concerning shortsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Keep in mind that astigmatism could also somewhat be solved by adjusting the eye separation for which there is a small switch on the bottom right of the VR headset. 

However, as the most complete solution, we suggest getting optical lens adapters according to your detailed optical prescription.

Your HOLOFIT subscription is tied to your VR headset. If you have a friend over, or if your family wants to use your HOLOFIT, they can do so on your headset. 

If your family uses HOLOFIT, we suggest that everyone downloads the HOLOFIT companion app on their phone and creates their account to keep track of their own individual workouts.

HOLOFIT Mobile is the most affordable version of HOLOFIT Go. 

You install HOLOFIT on your phone like any other app, and put your phone inside a mobile headset. Since the headset itself doesn’t feature any technology, it’s more affordable than the standalone headsets.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your MyHOLOFIT account by logging in at https://myholofit.holodia.com/website/login.php?

In order to contract with Holodia you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Holodia retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. (a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order. All sales are final.

We sell 3rd party hardware, listed as HOLOFIT Mobile, HOLOFIT Go or Cadence Sensor. We serve as distributors of the hardware and take no responsibility for hardware specifications, warranties, return and refund policies of different third party hardware producers. Any warranty, return and repair requests will be dealt by the 3rd party hardware producers (or their distributors) directly.

We also sell own software solution, and the accompanying membership subscription. We take full responsibility for any software refunds, repairs, support.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Your card will be debited when you make an order.

Any issues with the Product(s) should be reported within 7 (seven) days upon delivery. If an issue occurs later during use please report it immediately to support@holodia.com in order to start the Return and Repair process.

If a 3rd party produced hardware is non-functional please contact us to arrange a return and replacement of the product. All 3rd party provided hardware products are under manufacturer’s warranties for the first 12 months.

We will do our best to expedite the repair and return of the faulty product, times may wary depending on your location and current manufacturers’ supply abilities.

HOLOFIT Mobile is the most affordable version of HOLOFIT Go. 

You install HOLOFIT on your phone as any other app, and put your phone inside a mobile headset. Since the headset itself doesn’t feature any technology, it’s more affordable than the standalone headsets.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your MyHOLOFIT account by logging in at https://myholofit.holodia.com/website/login.php? 

From there, scroll down to the “Subscription seats” section, select “Manage” to the right, and then cancel your subscription.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Holodia you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Holodia retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order. All sales are final.

We sell 3rd party hardware, listed as HOLOFIT Mobile, HOLOFIT Go or Cadence Sensor. We serve as distributors of the hardware and take no responsibility for hardware specifications, warranties, return and refund policies of different third party hardware producers. Any warranty, return and repair requests will be dealt by the 3rd party hardware producers (or their distributors) directly.

We also sell own software solution, and the accompanying membership subscription. We take full responsibility for any software refunds, repairs, support.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Your card will be debited when you make an order.

d) Returns & Refunds

Any issues with the Product(s) should be reported within 7 (seven) days upon delivery. If an issue occurs later during use please report it immediately to support@holodia.com in order to start the Return and Repair process.

If a 3rd party produced hardware is non-functional please contact us to arrange a return and replacement of the product. All 3rd party provided hardware products are under manufacturer’s warranties for the first 12 months.

We will do our best to expedite the repair and return of the faulty product, times may wary depending on your location and current manufacturers’ supply abilities.

All sales are final.
